It’s not about being white or black, we are American’s and all of our lives matters.From conception to death! All lives matter to God. And to all of us who know the Lord, we are God’s children and I see way to often people segregate themselves from other believers who are different. We should not!
Ephesians 4:3-4 Make every effort to keep the unity of the Spirit through the bond of peace. There is one body and one Spirit, just as you were called to one hope when you were called;
Galatians 3:28 There is neither Jew nor Gentile, neither slave nor free, nor is there male and female, for you are all one in Christ Jesus.
God is a God of peace not divisions, true love bears the burdens of another. Christ has called us to love eachother and bear one another’s burdens! And it is not politicians or the government that is going to accomplish this, it will be Christ inside of us.
Self esteem is only as good as who it’s in, if it is rooted in yourself than it will vary depending on your performance, popularity, how well liked you are by others or yourself. If it is rooted in God, however, and what he thinks of you that will not ever change. He doesn’t love you more when you get the promotion, or get the honor roll, or get the job you worked so hard for or pulled of the thing you were always hoping you could do. He doesn’t love you less when you have a lousy day or week or month, when you lose your patience or fail to meet His expectations or your own. God’s love is the constant variable in the universe that was once and for all displayed at the cross in Christ. “But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us.” Romans 5:8—-On your worst day, and on your best day God loves you and that should motivate us to serve Him!
